Yes, I tried that several times from more than one discount offer (AAA and Tickets at Work). Also tried closing my browser, re-opening it, and trying again. I'm guessing it's because I had started my return a few weeks ago and came back to it. Does the discount only work if you try it before you start the process? I tried it at the point when I had entered all my information and saw the pricing before filing my return.
