I'm married filing separately. I have my own commercial health insurance, no 1095. My spouse got it through healthcare.gov. Do I need to report his 1095 on my filing?

With my own health insurance, I did not need to report anything before getting married. We file separately and do not claim each other as dependent. Do I still need to report my spouse's 1095 in my filing?

No, not if you are filing separately. You will answer that you do have health insurance and no 1095-A, i.e., no health insurance through the marketplace.

Who Must File Form 1095-A?

Health Insurance Marketplaces must file Form 1095-A to report information on all enrollments in qualified health plans in the individual market through the Marketplace. Do not file a Form 1095-A for a catastrophic health plan or a separate dental policy (called a stand-alone dental plan in these instructions).

Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are not required to be reported on your tax return.
