I´ve tried to clean my cache and cookies, used another browser and my cell phone and I´ve tried to restart my computer and updated my Windows

The easiest way is to use an 'Incognito' window in Chrome. If you're using TurboTax Desktop, you may need to un-install/re-install TurboTax. Another thing to try is clicking on the icon in front of the URL, open Settings, and 'Allow' Local Network.

If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.
