I'm getting an error trying to enter/upload w2 info!

In both "Import Summary" and "Wages and Salary", the error I'm getting says, "Hmm it looks like we've hit a snag...We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct". 

 

I don't know what more to fix in the personal info topic, which was the last topic i was working on! I've been using Turbo Tax (download) for years and have never had trouble entering info. It updated as soon as I opened it, and I was able to visit all of the income topics except entering my income from my w2 forms.

I'm getting an error trying to enter/upload w2 info!

Enter your W-2 manually instead of trying to import it.    If there is already a W-2 there, delete it; the import probably was not complete.
