I'm confused about federal vs. self employment tax. This does not seem to have helped me pay self employment, only federal? Correct? I need to go pay that now?

When you are entering your information into Turbo Tax, the software will be able to determine what you owe, which will include the self-employment taxes as well. when you enter in your self-employment information (i.e. income and expenses) along with your other personal tax information, Turbo Tax will manage all the calculation so when it tells you the total you owe for federal and state, this includes your self-employment amounts.
