I file as an individual / sole proprietor; using my SSN when I file my tax returns.
My company is a different name than my personal name.
On the "Payor" line, When I fill out the Turbo Tax 1099 Misc Forms for IC's I have paid, do I just list my name? Or my name and then DBA my company name?
AKA:
Payor: Bob Brown
or
Payor: Bob Brown DBA Bob's Balloons?

You can just use your business name on the 1099 form and then use your SSN as your employer tax identification number. Your business name will also be listed on your tax return and so both the 1099's you create and your tax return will be linked to your SSN. So just using your business name will be fine on the 1099 form.
