I'm a part-time Uber driver. I don't have a Hawaii Business Tax ID Number. I checked the box for not available. TT won't let me file without a number.

I keep getting sent back to fix my state return and enter the number but I don't have one.

I went through the program and recreated your situation.  I marked the box to state that there's no Hawaii Tax ID number and didn't get any errors. You might want to delete your state return and start it again.

If you continue having issues, you can try these steps if you are using the online version:

• Clearing your Cache and Cookies
• Using a different browser
• Opening an Incognito Window
