I logged in on 2/7 to start my tax return. Since then, I have been receiving spam calls about my "economic impact relief application" non-stop. Why is this happening?

The calls come from a different number each time, so I'm unable to block a phone number to stop it from happening. Nothing else changed on 2/7 other than using TurboTax, so I know the two things must be related.
