I live overseas and can't use the 'cloud' version of TurboTax. Is downloading the program no longer an option?

Desktop (CD/download) software is already available from TurboTax and various retailers like Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. etc. etc. To buy from TT directly you must have a US CC with a US billing address.

This is ridiculous. I have a code for turbotax premier 2024 but Nowhere on turbotax.com is there an easy/clear button to "download turbotax 2024". Can someone help? Thx!
