Many users have multiple accounts. If you prepared your tax return, filed it, and it has been processed by the IRS then you can ignore the emails that are being generated by an "old" account.

The IRS NEVER phones you. If you are receiving phone calls regarding a tax debit, it is a scam. Give NO information to anyone who is calling you about a tax debt.
