I keep getting marketing spam emails even after unsubscribing from all intuit emails in my account preferences. How do I get Intuit to stop spamming me?

I already unselected my email communication preferences weeks ago, I still get spam marketing emails from turbo tax.

I tried getting in contact with someone but Intuit Assist refuses to connect me with someone unless I start working on a return.

In the future report any of these type of issues to the FTC due to can spam violations which is exactly what this is. That will force them to fix the issue.
