If you receive an error code that says, "The license code you entered is not valid. Error code: XXX", it means the code you're entering is either not valid for that product or is no longer active. Check that you're entering the code exactly as it appears on your CD insert or copy and paste it directly from your Downloads.
If you receive a error code with a message saying, “All available activations for that code have been used,” that means your code has already been used the maximum number of times, and therefore can’t be used to install the software on another computer. TurboTax can be installed on up to five computers using the same license code.

No, I wasted 4-5 hours of my life on the phone and probably another 3 hours off the phone.
Had to file it on my wife's MAC, what a joke. I'll never file with Turbotax again, especially after they just repeat "check our FAQ" and "contact us" - but won't address the fact there is an actual issue they cant resolve.

I'm also having the same issue. Used license code after downloading software and inputted all my info. I knew I was waiting for some more tax forms so I saved it and now can't get back in. Was on a call with TT support for 2.5 hrs with screen share....we uninstalled, reinstalled Turbo tax software 5 separate times during which I ended up updatinig windows, running as administrator, and getting new license code. None of these things worked. Now I am still stuck.
