I just switched to TurboTax Home and Business on CD. How and where do I cancel my dangling online account?

Turbo Tax accounts can not be deleted but you can try to delete your information if you haven't paid or registered.

Sign in and select to your account.
On the next screen, from the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then Clear & Start Over.
Answer Yes in the pop-up to confirm.
