I just started my 2024 taxes and none of my info from 2023 is populating in my account. Anyone else having this problem?

How are you preparing your 2024 return--are you using the download version on your computer or Online TurboTax in a browser?    Since you said "in my account", I'll assume you mean Online TurboTax.    And how did you prepare the 2023 return--online or desktop software?

If you are using Online TurboTax for 2024 and also used it for 2023, go to left menu column and click on the Tax Home tab, than at the Tax Home scroll way down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Do you see evidence that the 2023 return was prepared in that account; i.e., are the 2023 return PDF and tax date file there?   Many users end up with multiple accounts by mistake, and we can help you troubleshoot if that's the case so that you can find the right account.

On the other hand, if you are using the download version for 2024 (desktop TurboTax) and also used it for 2023, do you have the *.tax2023 data file on your computer?
