I just received a corrected 1099 from Robinhood that changes my tax liability. It didn't work yet, but will TurboTax be able to import it in a couple days?

Yes, as long as Robinhood makes it available to import, it can be imported. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information, How do I import my 1099? - TurboTax
