I just purchased the desktop version advantage

 I just purchased my desktop advantage and when I tried to download i received this message:

 

Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.
 
I tried to see if my PC has system that is compatible but that link took me to an error as well.

Identical problem.  No download in the queue after accurate authentication.  Where's my purchased product??

@billhanse1949   Did you get charged?  Did you get an email with the  16digit License Code?
