This is a user community forum, so we can only tell you what may have happened, but we need to first fully understand your situation. I have to ask you some questions first.

Noticed how/where?

You appear to be using Deluxe Edition. Are you just now finishing and fiing your return and were charged $80?

A fee of $80 makes me think that you filed your return several weeks ago. That sounds like the fee prior to the March price increase.

Did you finish and file several weeks ago and chose to pay your fees out of the Federal refund? If so, has TurboTax been sending you emailed bills to pay the fees, or else they would debit your bank account?
