When you start a new return -- the second screen you get will say "Let's Get a Jump Start on Your 2023 Taxes"
and you will get a list that includes the option to "Use a tax return that's on my computer"----click that one and transfer your 2022 tax file in to 2023 so that you do not have to re-enter all of that stuff.
Not clear on your question. Are you talking about doing new returns for the clients? Or entering your clients/customers payments into your Schedule C? Or what? What info did not transfer? Are you maybe preparing 1099NEC to issue to them?
And Turbo Tax is not licensed to do returns for clients. You would need to use one of the professional programs.
