Check that you're entering the code exactly as it appears or copy and paste it directly from your Downloads.

If you receive an error code with a message saying, “All available activations for that code have been used,” that means your code has already been used the maximum number of times, and therefore can’t be used to install the software on another computer. TurboTax can be installed on up to five computers using the same license code. 

If you receive either one of these errors, wait a few minutes and re-enter your license code.

Error code 630: All the available activations for that code have been used.

I was trying to install 2024 on my Mac and kept receiving the same Error 630 with no explanation.  I tried multiple times with no changes, spending about 2 hours on it.  I finally uninstalled TT, reinstalled it and it took my license key with no error this time!

I'm not sure what's going on, but it is frustrating to spend hours just trying to get TT installed when I was expecting to be spending that time on my taxes!

Software is my background, so not sure how TT is putting out something where you aren't even able to get the license key to be successful!
