I installed an electric vehicle charging station this past year, but Form 8911 says "coming soon" on turbotax. Is this credit valid for 2018? If so, when is it available?

The alternative fuel vehicle refueling property credit expired for refueling property placed in service after 2017. 

As of this date Congress had not enacted legislation on expired provisions.
