Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I import my data from Fidelity. TurboTax says "Got it. You can return to TurboTax." But in TT, it shows imported data only for TD Ameritrade. What is wrong?

It's hard to say, but it happens occasionally.  Close TurboTax, then try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies -- this will sometimes facilitate a complete import.  See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.

Then, close the browser, re-open it, and open TurboTax Online again.

Finally, make sure you're only downloading information from one brokerage at a time.

If these suggestions aren't helpful, see the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

Thank you JohnW152.  I tried clearing the cache and cookies, but that didn't help.  My daughter solved the problem for me, though....

I am using the Brave browser, and that is a critical fact which I did not put in my inquiry.  What worked was to click on the Brave icon at the top of the screen, and then PULL DOWN the Brave Shield while I did the broker downloads.  Now I can continue on TurboTax (desktop version) using Brave while the shield is up again.

I hope that helps other Brave browser users!
