Im going on 4 weeks! with no change still says processing.. My guess is those whose refund amounts have changed will take longer! i faxed mine on Feb 24th. I call weekly to make sure I'm not stuck. one rep tells me give it 2 more weeks if not call us back. another told me they have a time frame of 6-8 weeks to get my refund to me and referred me to the letter they sent that states that. Ugh!!

@yazminp17 That is strange. My refund amount changed and it only the regular 2.5 weeks to update. I'm sorry yours it taking so long. Good luck with that.

@okina.alford thanks! thats gives me hope, did your amount go up or down? and did you get a letter stating the amount change?

@yazminp17 My amount went down initially when I added my healthcare stuff, but in my WMR today it was actually more than I was expecting. I haven't received the letter yet, but on WMR it said I would receive it by the 26th and my Deposit Date is 3/21.

@okina.alford that's great news! My amount should be going down about $600. I re-faxed on March 2nd and included the notice they sent me, i wonder if this set me back a whole week. You think?

@yazminp17 If you faxed the stuff on 3/2 then you should definitely be getting your update tomorrow. I think they go from the date of the last received information.

I wonder if it has anything to do with which state you live in? I faxed mine 2/26 and people who faxed after are getting updates but seems they live in TX I live in TN.
