I haven't worked in two years I am on S.S.I.D but I did worked in 2016 I didn't file because I made to little I seen on the news we have money on the side so could I still file

Your SSID benefits are not taxable. As you do not have taxable income, you are not eligible for any tax credit if you file a tax return.
