I haven't done my 2019 taxes and I have to have them done this week can you help me

You can file your 2019 return with TurboTax but you need the Desktop software & you would need to mail in your 2019 return.  You cannot file a 2019 tax return with the Online version.  The Online version is only to prepare the current years tax return (now it is for 2020).

To file a 2019 return with TurboTax, you would need to download their desktop software.  The return would need to be mailed, you cannot e-file a 2019 tax return.

I have my 2019 and my 2020 but I lost my password  to my account though  turbotat tax can you help me get my password  resent I have don't every thing else  and still can't get in

I have done everything I no to do I need help getting  my password  reset so I can get in look in to my files in your computer  and you will see notes plead read them and help me

Yes, You could file both taxes, but you may have to paper file your 2019 as Turbo Tax doesn't e-file prior tax returns.  If you lost your password, you may click forgot password and create a new password.  You have an option also to a create a new user ID.
