I have Turbo Tax Deluxe and it won´t let me E-File without a U.S. phone #. I can enter a Foriegn address but why can´t I enter a foriegn Phone # ?? IRS links allow &R 0 $

Why does the IRS links allow me to file from Out of country for free and file form 8833 and allow for the proper calculations and Turbo dosen´t ?

Okay , but being able to file with a foriegn address should also lead to being able to use a foriegn Phone # . when not then this is not a program that I can reccomend to foriegn filers.
