The Arizona program isn't really ready yet. Go to the link below for information about state forms availability. You will see that the estimated availability date for most Arizona forms is January 3.

Post again if you still have trouble after the Arizona forms are listed as available, but you will have to give more specific details than "isn't working."
1) The federal program isn't complete yet, and won't be until congress finalizes tax law for the 2019 tax year *and* the IRS issues their rules based on the tax law.
2) The tax year isn't over yet. So there's no way possible you have your tax reporting documents yet; such as your W-2 and any 1099's or other tax reporting documents that may be applicable to you.
To early for state taxes too for the same reasons as above. Since state taxes are affected by federal, almost all state modules are not fully functional yet, if functional at all.

Thanks for the reply. I see now from link you attached that AZ won't be ready until Jan 3. Inside the program itself, there was a note that the AZ form was to be ready Dec 19th. The program seemed to be stuck in a loop, but I'll try again after Jan 3. Thanks again.
Thanks Carl, I see now the AZ forms aren't ready until Jan 3. Inside the program, there was a popup that said the AZ forms were to be ready Dec 19th, then the program seemed to be stuck in a loop. I'll try again after Jan 3. I understand the Federal forms are not completed - just using estimates in order to get an idea of my tax liability - the Federal part worked fine, though.
