I have TT Business for an estate and Trust, can I file my personal taxes using it too?

I used TT last year for personal taxes but upgraded to Business this year

No. TurboTax Business is only capable of preparing income tax returns for taxable entities (e.g., corporations, partnerships, estates/trusts). 

You will need a TurboTax personal income tax preparation product to prepare and file your individual income tax return. Since you already have a TurboTax product (TT Business) that must be installed and run locally on a computer (rather than online), you might as well purchase a desktop (CD/Download) version of TurboTax to prepare your personal income tax return.
