I have tried to type in the control number from box d and every time it says it is incorrect. It is a long number with spaces and dashes and 0s and letters. My W-2 is electronic not paper so I cant up

How can i enter it correctly and move to the next step?

Do NOT enter anything in the control box ... it is not needed.

If you cannot upload it then print a copy of the form off the employer's access site and enter the information manually.
