I have to mail in my taxes dues to AGI discrepancies, but do not have the funds to may Turbo Tax before refund released. How can I get a copy of my taxes to mail off?

Sorry you have to pay the fees first and can not have them deducted from your refund.  Why can't you fix the AGI?

When did you file 2017?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742
If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
