What is a 8960 hold reject code

I have the same issue. Had been using turbotax for four year, the help to "Fix it" does not help at all!

I also had this come up: Reject code 8960_hold. It just send me back to do a normal e-file. Yet again, another unknown problem with my submission. After 8 seamless years, I'm starting to Lose confidence with TurboTax

Same issue here. I compared my 2018 return with my 2017 return and don't see any changes in how form 8960 is filled.

same issue. I also had question about healthcare coverage - wonder if that triggered it somehow. the endless loop of taking me straight to refile is frustrating.

I have the same error as well.  This was after waiting 5 days for the IRS/State to accept the submission
