The IRS requires your 2019 AGI to verify your identity for e-filing. If you verified your AGI amount with the IRS transcript, you can try and call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, to see what the problem is but they're extremely busy. Expect long wait times.
- If you can't get through to the IRS, you'll need to print, sign and mail in your income tax return.

Note: How much you made and the AGI needed for filing are not the same. The AGI is the adjusted gross income after all the deductions were allowed but before the credits. Source: AmyC
