I have part ownership of an unoccupied residential property in a foreign country that generates no income. Do I have any filing requirements for 2019?

I inherited a part share of my parents home in a foreign country after my mother passed away a couple of years ago. My share of the property was transferred to me in 2018 and I filed Form 3520 with my 2018 taxes last year to declare receipt of the bequest.

The home has not been sold. It has been unoccupied for the past several years and there is no income from the property . Do I have to file anything for 2019 or take any depreciation? Do I need to do anything at all for tax year 2019?

Don't need to file if it's not a rental and not in service.
