Even though you only received one 1099-MISC, try entering it as two separate 1099-MISC; that is create one 1099-MISC reporting just the Box 5 amount, and a second one reporting just the Box 7 amount.

Adding the amounts together could prompt a letter from the IRS.

I was not prompted by the program to enter income from a retirement fund in 2021. The amount was not entered. Is this something Turbotax can be held accountable for?
