I have my 2023 W2 Employee's Withholding Certificate confirming where I inputted 0. I'm not sure where when I attempted to file, it's coming up as I didn't do that.

This is 2nd and 3rd time that has happen. How can this be rectified?

If you aren't having enough taxes withheld from your wages to cover your total tax liability, you need to complete a new W-4 form and give it to your employer.
