I have left Schedule C line 27b blank in 2024 desktop edition TurboTax Home &Bz but TT continues to post Need Review when I open file. Can I turn off the Need Review?

This is a bug in the 2024 desktop edition (27b Schedule C).

Line 27b on Schedule C refers to energy efficient buildings. You can review that section and remove entries you find there if they don't apply to you. You will see that when you work on your business expenses in the Let's write off some business expenses screen:
