I have large itemized deductions. Not claiming state income tax (WA has none). I took the regular $1,300 sales tax deduction but my refund didn't go up. Why?

There is a $10,000 cap on State/Local/Sales/Property taxes combined. Did you already meet that with your Property taxes?
