I have installed Turbo tax 2025 on my windows 11 computer but cannot get past the screen offering online version

there's an option to just continue with desktop but then an "are you sure" window and maybe you can't dismiss the second one... can you post a screenshot of the screen you are stuck on then someone may be able to help better

Yeah...one time an extra pop-up showed up behind the screen on top...and moving the top screens out of the way let me continue...W11 also.
