Not on your federal return. AHCCCS is not considered Obamacare; neither is your job-based health insurance. Since you do not have Obamacare, you will not be receiving a 1095-A and you can answer NO to the Do you have a 1095-A? question.
Some states (very few, and not Arizona) may ask for health insurance information, but you do not need to enter anything about your or your children's insurance on the federal return. If you receive a 1095-B or 1095-C, just keep them with your tax records.
You answer a question about whether you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance -- you will say NO. You might need to enter that you had other health insurance for 2024 but you do not enter any details or forms.
