I have foreign account with less than 10000$. If I choose yes, I have to upgrade my account to file the returns. Rather, Can i choose "No" and file the FBAR myself?

Reporting foreign financial accounts is a serious issue with the Treasury Department. It is VERY important if you have foreign accounts that meet the requirements, that you complete the FBAR with the correct information.

TurboTax does not offer FBAR filing You must File electronically through FinCENs BSA E-Filing System online. The FBAR is not filed with a federal tax return.
