I have finished my MA state tax but it keeps saying it's e-file "Incomplete" on the home screen. Could you tell me what's missing to complete my state tax filing? Thanks

You are getting this message because the MA state income tax forms are currently not available from the MA Department of Revenue. Therefore you will not be able to file your MA state income tax return until the forms are available.
