I have filed 2017 tax in December 2018. I have not heard back from revenue department. I am interesting to file 2018 using Turbotax. Can I file or I need to wait?

You should file your 2018 tax return by April 15, 2019 to avoid any late filing and/or late payment penalties.
You also have the possibility to file for an automatic extension to file of 6 months but must still pay any tax due by April 15, 2019.
