I have exemption from health insurance and can check "Full year health coverage or exempt" box on the federal return. How do I do that to remove penalty?

If you indicated you 'had health insurance all year' in the Health Insurance section, you will not be assessed a Penalty (screenshot).

If you indicated you did not have coverage and you have a Penalty, you can remove it by choosing one of the exemptions shown on the page (screenshot).
