@dacollier1985 from what I see everyone who filed single with no kids, or anyone who doesn’t get the credits for kids have the 9001 code. I’ve had this code for over three weeks

We all called multiple time first time it's a letter second time it's nothing wrong its s system error and if you had it 3 weeks it's been the 21 days so they can tell you and yes single no kids gets the error and if you filed early you get it

Can any of you get refund information when you call the IRS automated service? I can’t even get anything on there!

Ok now i know for a FACT the people who answer the phone at the IRS are full of shit! I called to order my transcripts, he didn’t even pull up my account. He said NO ONE will receive refunds or even have a tax transcript available until February 15th. That’s a damn lie. I know many people who’ve already received their refunds and transcripts

No luck this morning calling the IRS. The second woman refused to look up my account. She said everyone’s is processing! I asked “so everyone has this code?” She said no! I said ok then how do you know it’s processing? Stupid idiots

i hope they get it together i need to get a new car mine broke down! I think this year they should of proccessed them sooner since no one knows what the goverment is going to do with this stupid shut down

So I called them this morning, AGAIN, SAME SONG... They are sending a letter and I should have it this week. This is BS
