Right after you tell Turbo Tax that you want to E file, it prompts you to provide pieces of information.
It will ask you whether you want to put it into a checking account or a savings account. Most people have the refunds auto deposited into their CHECKING account. Turbo Tax will then ask you for
1) your checking account's ROUTING number. This is the first 9-digits of the number on the bottom edge of one of your checks, it is usually 9-characters long.
2) your checking account's ACCOUNT number. This is the 12-digit number after the colon right after the routing number.
That is the account that your refund will be deposited into.
If you have not already filed your return to review and correct previously-entered bank account info, simply revisit the File section in TurboTax and step through the screens.
