I have downloaded 2023 and started it. Do I need to delete download?

Browse does not find 2022. When I log into Intuit account, it doesn't recognize that I have already purchased the 2023 program and tries to sell me something.

If you have bought, downloaded and installed the downloaded program why are you not using it ?   You are posting from the online version which is not the same.  Return to the computer where you installed the TT program and open it to complete a return.
