Enter it like you did get the 1099-Div and put the amount in box 1a. You might have to call and ask them if it is qualified for box 1b. Maybe you can look at your quarterly statements and tell.
Enter a 1099-Div under
Federal Taxes tab
Wages and Income
Interest and Dividends
Dividends on 1099-DIV - Click the Start or Update button
Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it. It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it. At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form
Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
