How do I file just the free Federal form, not state?

When I get to the end of Federal, it says I don't need to file Florida. But then it won't let me file Federal, without upgrading to Plus or Delue. What's up?

How do I file just the free Federal form, not state?

I have deluxe, and have no problems not filing state and only Federal. I am in Nevada so no state. You may have to pay for deluxe.
