I have been waiting an hour for a specialist. My "wait time" was supposed to be 2 minutes. Does anyone know another way to contact a live person?

I have been told to wait 2-5 minutes and have never gotten a call back. Has anyone else gotten this same treatment?

Same.  The bot feature on TurboTax is broken.  It's been saying "A specialist will call you in about 5 minutes at (xxx) xxx-xxxx for more than an hour at this point.  I've been trying to speak to someone for several days.  The bot also provides a phone number to call, along with a case number, but I cannot actually get to a point in the automated system to provide the case number.

You do realize that this is the off season and the specialists are far and few between if they are even working at all.   If you want an answer to your question post it here.
