I have two TurboTax accounts. One has an id and other uses the email as the id. I am trying to download past purchases of State Software as I had to rebuild my computer to go to Windows 10 64 bit. I can recover the PW for the account with an id (motero99) which has the most recent purchases, but cannot recover.change the pw for the account with my email as the id. I have tried the change email form, but which support told me to do, but since my email has not changed, the form will not submit as you cannot use the same email in the old and new email spaces. Is there a way to either link the accounts or else just do a pw reset on the account where my email is the id? I just want to access what I paid for.
