No, you can only claim the medical expenses that you paid for out of pocket in 2016. If the medical bill is unpaid in 2016 then you cannot deduct it.

No, you can only claim the medical expenses that you paid for out of pocket in 2016. If the medical bill is unpaid in 2016 then you cannot deduct it.
